We've seen these perform like crazy in California gardens. They are relatively new to us and are not sure exactly what makes them happy and bloom prolifically. We will keep planting and trialing and will hopefully discover the secrets. If they perform lusciously for you we'd love to hear about your gardening situation. They seem to take AT LEAST a season to get used to their new home - and maybe they need cool summer nights which are rare here! A rosette of strap-like leaves surround 1-2" long trumpet-shaped blooms clustered on top of 18"-48" stems; perfect for a full sun well-drained site. Blooms July - early fall. whz 7-10 unless otherwise noted; top-sized; bare root unless otherwise noted."
