Please choose only one of the above choices for ordering because we cannot be responsible for duplications due to receiving the same order twice. Orders will be processed in the the order received and relative to the plant zone where they will be planted, so order early!
Delivery
In an effort to provide excellent customer service, we have expanded our
shipping options to include not only UPS, but DHL, as well. As a general
rule of thumb, East Coast orders will be sent via UPS and West Coast via
DHL. Shipping for Central states will be determined by the best service that
either carrier can provide. If for some reason you prefer one shipper to
another, please let us know. A physical address is required with all orders.
We endeavor to ship your order at the proper time for planting in your
areas. If you need your bulbs at a specific time, you MUST let us know at
the time you place your order, especially if you have a bulb sale or
scheduled event planned. Tools, books and accessories can be shipped at any
time, as long as stock is available. All prices are F. O. B. our warehouse
in Gloucester, VA.
Shipping
Shipping charges are collected on merchandise ordered and are as follows:
10% east of the Mississippi or $7.00 minimum, 15% west of the Mississippi or
$9.00 minimum; shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are charged actual cost of UPS
2nd Day Air; $15.00 minimum. Some tissue cultured items will arrive as
plants in ~4" pots (look for ?). Depending on where you live, these may
require special 3 Day shipping charges to assure their safe arrival. Please
see page 33 B for possible additional charges, depending on the number of
plants we're shipping to you and the state.
Payment
Payment may be made by check, money order, or credit card (we accept Visa,
MasterCard and Discover at this time). Please do not send cash.
Plants needing special care
? Indicates an item requiring special gardening situations and may not be
suitable for beginning gardeners.
Sales Tax
Please add 5% sales tax to all orders shipped to VA residents. Sales tax is collected on merchandise ordered only. If the bulbs are for resale and you
are exempt from sales tax, please include VA tax form #ST10 and Tax ID#
(Churches a current ST13 form) with your order. Also, please include the
proper PO number where applicable.

Credit
We do offer credit to approved business customers. If you would like to
establish an account with us, please call and request a credit application.
Payment is due 30 days after shipment, and a 2% per month service charge
will be added to all overdue accounts.
Prices
Our bulbs are priced per quantities listed in the catalogue and must be
ordered in those quantities or multiples thereof. Prices are effective
through
December 1st, 2008.
Catalogues
Our catalogues are mailed free of charge to everyone on our mailing list. We
do not sell or rent our list, but occasionally rent other lists. If you
receive more than one catalogue, please accept our apologies and pass it
along to a friend. If your duplicate catalogues have customer numbers on
them, please give us a call so that we can remedy the matter. For
environmental reasons we only send this catalogue once a year, so save this
one as a reference until another one comes along. However, if you misplace
your catalogue, please give us a call and we will be happy to send you
another.
Discounts
The following does not apply to special quantity quotations and are to be
applied toward total merchandise amount only:
5% discount on $2500.00 10% discount on $5000.00 12% discount on $10,000.00 15% discount on $20,000.00
E-Mail Address
If you have an e-mail address, please add it to the space on the order form.
By having your e-mail address we are able to let you know about any
specials, sales and events going on here at 'Brent and Becky's Bulbs' and
can also email you an acknowledgement of your order, saving time. More
importantly however, we now have the capacity to e-mail you on the day your
bulbs leave the warehouse, including tracking numbers and the estimated date

Restocking Fee
There will be a 10% restocking fee for all items cancelled AFTER the
'process date' of your order but before it leaves our facility and a 25%
restocking fee for all items cancelled AFTER the order is shipped.
