Walburton Yellow - a sunset, golden yellow form with lots of flowers up and down the stem; bare root.
Up to 50 tubular, starry, warm, colorful blooms decorate 24"-36" gracefully arching stems, adding festive brightness to the mid to late summer garden when lots of other plants have finished their show. These pest resistant wonders, with sword-like foliage similar to gladiolus, blend in nicely and add linear accents to the perennial border. The flower arranger's dream, Crocosmia adds a special effect in flower arrangements and are long lasting in the vase. Happiest in full sun, crocosmias SOMETIMES WAIT UNTIL THE SECOND SEASON TO BLOOM; for best results, please plant early in cool soil; 5-10 per sq. ft.; zones 6-10, except for 'Lucifer' which is normally reliable to zone 5; 10cm+ corms except where noted; 12"-24" except where noted.
