The operating hours of The Bulb Shoppe and Gardens are Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm. However, please note that we are closed on Sundays.

Pick Your Own
The Bulb Shoppe offers a unique opportunity for visitors to pick their own flowers at our designated cutting garden. Located right outside the Bulb Shoppe, the garden provides a variety of seasonal flowers from Spring through Fall, including daffodils, tulips, bulb lilies, calla lilies, dahlias, tuberose, zinnias, and more.
To participate in the pick your own flowers experience, you’ll need to check in with the Bulb Shoppe. They will assist you in choosing the appropriate size bucket for your needs. There are two options available: a small bucket (half gallon) priced at $25 and a large bucket (two gallons) priced at $50.
While flower snips are recommended for cutting the flowers, the Bulb Shoppe can lend you a pair if needed. It’s also advisable to bring your own bucket to transport the flowers safely back home.
The pick your own garden operates in conjunction with the Bulb Shoppe, and their opening hours are from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm. However, it is advisable to call ahead and confirm the availability of flowers in the garden, as weather conditions can affect the garden and its contents.

Our multi-purpose building, The Chesapeake Lounge, is available to rent for your next function. The space comfortably accommodates 100 people and comes with audio-visual equipment like a projector, sound system, DVD player, and microphones. The building features 3 South-facing loading doors that overlook our beautiful gardens. The Chesapeake Lounge is the perfect venue for meetings, classes, seminars, parties, and receptions.
