Some upfacing, downfacing and outfacing; planted in the same bed as daffodils and tulips, they extend the spring blooming season into summer; terrific garden plants as well as cut flowers; they thrive in full sun as well as in partial shade and in well-drained soil; Asiatics tend to bloom early summer and Orientals bloom later in the summer; excellent perennial bargain! 16/18 cm bulbs unless otherwise noted; 1-3 per sq. ft.; whz 3-10.
